When raising a backup2cloud (Asigra) ticket, please ensure you are providing as much information as possible.


Use the following template as a guide to collect the required base information when raising a support ticket:


DETAILS

End User Name: Your end user company name 

DS-Client Number: The DS-Client Number, as displayed in the Asigra UI of the impacted backup set. 

Backup Set: The backup set name, as displayed in the Asigra UI of the impacted backup set.

Reported Error: Details of any reported error from the Asigra UI. 

Is this the first time this error has occurred: YES / NO
