How to collect logs for an Asigra DS-Client / Backup Set Issue

When raising a ticket for anyBackup2Cloud issues, if the issue relates to a specific DS-Client and/or backup job please ensure that you attach both the DS-Client Info export and/or Backup Activity Event Log export - please see the instructions below on how to obtain these exports...



Exporting DS-Client Info


In the DS-Client go to Help > About DS-User


DS-Client Info


Right Click > Save As


Save as a .XLS file


Upload this file to the ticket


Exporting a DS-Client Backup Activity Log


In the DS-Client go to Logs >Activity Log


Find


Select the specific backup job


Event log


Right click the output and Save As


Save as a .XLS file


Upload this file to the ticket
