We have been made aware of a known Zerto bug causes the ZVM service to crash if a key expires on an appliance.
Should this happen at the end customer (source) site, please 1st try to remove the key and allow it to inherit from the Cloud site.
If this does not resolve it or if it happens at the Cloud site, please contact the Assurestor service desk.
This is due to be patched in 10.0 U5.
