Microk8s Fails to Start on ZVMA

Typical symptoms include..

• The connection to the server 127.0.0.1:16443 was refused - did you specify the right host or port?"
• E0513 10:55:24.363484 4002 memcache.go : 265] couldn't get current server API group list: Get "http ://localhost:8080/api?timeout=32s": dial tcp [::1]:8080: connect: connection refused
• error: error loading config file "/var/snap/microk8s/xxxx/credentials/client.config": yaml: line 5: mapping values are not allowed in this context
