- EMEA 7AM-4PM GMT
- US 9AM 6PM EST
- APJ 7 AM-3PM GMT+8
When a ticket is escalated to Zerto you will need to confirm your preferred Time zone and ensure you have technical resources available during the chosen time zone to respond to any feedback from the assigned Zerto engineer.
Note. Zerto will only work on Sev1 (Urgent Tickets over weekends).
