Why can't I access Support & Downloads?

If you purchase your Zerto licenses through an aggregator, you will be classified as a Zerto Affiliate partner.

This means you will not have access to the Support & Downloads section of your myZerto account.


All support for Zerto will be provided by your Aggregator (Assurestor).

How to raise support tickets


The latest Zerto downloads approved by Assurestor can be found in your my2cloud portal under Services - Zerto - Software Downloads.

Note. If you need early access to a specific Zerto version before it has been approved by Assurestor you can open a service request ticket to request a download link, please ensure you specify the full details of which software installer package and version you require.
