My2Cloud 3.2 introduces a brand new service, SaaS2Cloud NG, and makes the everyday jobs of finding, exporting and understanding your data quicker and clearer. Here is what is new for you.
Introducing SaaS2Cloud NG
SaaS2Cloud NG is a new service in the portal, powered by HYCU R-Cloud, for protecting your cloud and SaaS workloads. It sits alongside your existing services with its own live views (Dashboard, Sources, SaaS, Applications, Instances, Buckets, Policies, Targets and Monitoring) and its own usage analytics, so you can see what is protected, how healthy your backups are, and how your consumption changes over time.
It is not just a view. Where your administrator allows it, you can run the service yourself: onboard a new account, add the sources you want to protect (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Microsoft 365 and other SaaS applications), manage your backup policies, and start a backup on demand. Guided steps walk you through each task and the more sensitive actions confirm with your authenticator code or password before they run.
Find what you need in your analytics, faster
The advanced filters on every analytics table are now searchable dropdowns: start typing an account, a company or a name and the list narrows to match, instead of you scrolling a long menu. Every table opens on the current month by default and offers one-click preset ranges (this month, last month, the last three months and the last twelve months), and the filter row has been tidied for a cleaner, more consistent look across all of the services.
Clearer exports to Excel
Exports now give you one row per item, showing its latest reading over the range you chose, so a spreadsheet reflects what you see on screen rather than every historical snapshot. Backup2Cloud set types read as their proper descriptions instead of a code, your account names are included as their own column, success rates export as a percentage, and very large exports are capped safely with a notice sheet explaining what was trimmed.
See your DR2Cloud replication at a glance
The DR2Cloud live Sites view has a new interactive topology diagram that shows how your protected sites replicate to their recovery targets, so the shape of your disaster recovery is clear in a single picture.
A cleaner, more polished portal
A refreshed sign-in screen with a subtle animated backdrop, a redesigned Downloads area for your Backup2Cloud and DR2Cloud software, smoother loading throughout, a refresh button on the Last Data Collection panel so you can pull the newest reading on demand, and clearer, on-brand confirmation dialogs.
My2Cloud 3.2 adds a whole new service to protect more of what matters to you, and makes the numbers behind your services quicker to find, cleaner to read and easier to share.
