My2Cloud 3.0 gives you a faster, clearer and better looking portal, plus a new way to stay ahead of problems before they affect your protection. Here is what is new for you.

A refreshed, modern portal

The whole portal has a clean new Assurestor look, with a consistent dark-green and lime theme throughout. There is now a full dark mode, so the dashboards, charts and tables are comfortable to read whatever your preference. Dashboards open with a ready-made layout that makes full use of the screen, the analytics charts and tables have been redesigned for clarity, and the detailed service views, such as the Zerto VPG and Asigra DS-Client windows, have a modern new design.

Alerts that reach you first

My2Cloud now watches your services for you. When something needs attention, you receive a clear, branded alert by email and inside the portal. You choose whether you want the emails, and you can turn them off at any time from your notification settings.

Service status at a glance

A new status indicator in the top bar tells you at once whether the service is healthy, and links straight to the details if there is an event in progress.

Deeper insight into every service

• DR2Cloud: a new Storage view lets you pick a site and see its datastores and usage right away, and the portal tells you plainly if a site is disconnected rather than leaving you guessing. Where enabled, you can also review your Zerto failover-test results.

• Backup2Cloud: a cleaner, more accurate backup-set view, with a Type filter that shows the same up-to-date list for everyone, and a quick way to spot backup sets with or without data.

• SaaS2Cloud: faster, more reliable live data, with account-level alerts and a new dashboard of headline figures showing how your usage is trending month on month.

• Veeam2Cloud: richer detail for your protected machines, including drill-downs into backups, restore points and backup copies, plus improved alarms and backup-job views and a new Cloud Connect usage view. A new Protected Data Overview shows how much you have protected at a glance, split between on-site virtual machines and cloud instances, and the licensing view now counts cloud instances in their own right.

Tables that work the way you expect

Filtering, sorting and exporting are now consistent across the portal. Your exports match what you see on screen, including the filters you have applied and the columns that are visible. Dates show in a friendly relative form, and you can hover to see the exact date and time in your own timezone.

Smarter support

Raising and tracking tickets is easier. A guided wizard helps you create a ticket, priorities follow the correct service levels, and ticket attachments now show their file name and size so you know exactly what is there.

Never miss an update

The "What's new" panel keeps you up to date with the latest changes, newest first, and now shows only the updates that are relevant to your service.
