How to request a new Zerto License Key

To request a new Zerto License key first create a new Service Request Ticket via your my2cloud portal titled 'Zerto License Key Request'


  • If this is to renew a key that is due to expire include the original License key in your request.
  • Once the ticket is assigned you may be issued a short online form that you need to complete before your key request can be processed.
    Note. License key requests can take up to 72 hours to be processed.
  • Once issued you will receive a notification in your ticket containing details of the new license key which should be applied to your ZVM ASAP.
