Go to the Start menu and run Zerto Virtual Replication > Zerto Diagnostics.

Ensure Collect Zerto logs for use by Zerto support is selected and click Next.

In the next window, enter your company name and email address, if instructed by the support agent enter the supplied Zerto case number. The log timeframe will default to the last 4 hours, if needed adjust this to ensure the timeframe covers the period when the issue occurred.

Click Next.

Note. By default Zerto logs are only saved for up to 72 hours.

Click Yes if the following prompt appears

The log collector will now attempt to connect to the ZVM instance, please note this could take several minutes.
