DS-User wont launch

Symptoms

The DS-User won't start and may produce the error below:

Cause

The shortcut used to launch the DS-Client has an incorrect version of Java listed in its path.

Workaround

Ensure that the shortcut you are using has the version of Java that you currently have installed in its path.
