Question
Do I need to ask Assurestor to increase my licence before I protect more VMs?
Answer
No. The hosted Zerto service has no fixed VM cap. Usage is billed monthly on the peak number of protected VMs, so you can add VMs to new or existing VPGs straight away, with no licence change.
If adding VMs fails with a licensing error, reply on your ticket (or raise a new one) and an engineer will check the account.
