Where a local Veeam Backup & Replication instance is licensed on a subscription basis, you may need to discover your VBR License ID and /or Support Id when attempting to raise a support case with Veeam Support.

This information can be found by logging into your Veeam Service Provider console.


Once logged in, go to  Configuration

And then Quota and License Usage (select the Veeam Backup and Replication tab to see a list of your assigned licenses including the license and support ID's
