Changing the hostname or IP address on Windows DS-Client server

Summary

If the hostname or the IP address has been changed on a Windows DS-Client server, then use following steps in order to successfully start the DS-Client:

  1. Click the Windows Start menu and open Asigra DS-Client / Grid DS-Client Configuration Tool and click Next all the way to Finish to complete the process.
  2. The DS-Client service will be restarted.
