Symptoms:
On the Vcenter on the Tasks & Events tab - shows a constant "copy file" operation error
Task Details: "Status: File[LUNx]Z-VRA-X/ was not found"
Cause:
Detected that there was outdated VPG in Error state that linked to a VRA that is no longer exist,
and VPG was with non-existing "data store" location.
 
Solution:

Deleted the unneeded irrelevant VPGs left for an old "Move" migration,
Once done the error on the VCenter stopped.
