Symptoms:

   When restoring an offsite backup to an SCVMM environment, the Zerto task appears to fail, but the restored VMs can be powered on successfully.     

Cause:

   This is a known issue in Zerto Virtual Replication, which is expected to be fixed in a future version. Please utilize the workaround below to get past the issue.    

Solution:

When restoring the backup, it is advised to set the NIC behavior to use the same IP address that the restored VMs had on the protected site. This should allow the task itself to complete successfully.

To do this, under the 'VM Settings' tab of the restore dialog, click on 'NICs'

On the NICs dialog, make sure the IP Address for all network adapters is set to 'Same'
