Symptoms:

   When creating or editing a VPG in a Cloud Service Provider environment, no volumes are shown when browsing for preseed volumes    

Cause:

   No Provider vDC or Preseed Datastore were specified in the cloud site ZVM's Cloud Settings    

Solution:

Add a Provider vDC and the necessary Preseed Datastore(s) in the Cloud Settings on the cloud site ZVM. For directions on how to perform those steps, navigate to the Configure Provider vDCs Dialog page of Zerto Cloud Manager Online Help
