SymptomsWarning reported when you archive Office 365 data from DS-System to the BLM Archiver:
"Failed to parse Cloud specific information, System File ID: #,###."
CauseThe reason for the message is the fact that BLM Archiver has no mechanism to validate the Office 365 data against the Office 365 Cloud.
WorkaroundThere is nothing to do, the data should be all intact but can only be vaildated when the customer sends the BLM data to the end user for a DS-Client level restore from the BLM data.
In the event that you wish to archive Office 365 data from the DS-System to the BLM Archiver, please note you will get the above warning for files being archived. The reason for the message is the fact that BLM has no method of vaildating the data against the office 365 data since there are no mechanism to do so. The data should be all in tact but can only be vaildated when the customer send the BLM data to the customer for a DS-Client level restore..
