Solution

This action can be performed only if Classic DS-User is v.13.0.0.10 or higher and Windows DS-Client is v.13.0 Hot Fix 21 or higher / Linux DS-Client v.13.0 Hot Fix 14 or higher:

- go to DS-User > setup > Configuration > Advanced;
- From the drop-down list available for the "Category" field select "Miscellaneous";
- from the drop-down list available for the "Parameter" field select "VMwareVADPTransportMode";
- from the drop-down list available for the "Value" field select "nbdssl";
- save the changes and restart the DS-Client service.
