Symptoms


An administrator may need to remove a Zerto Cloud Connector, for example, when changing a network setting on the ZCC.  This article explains the necessary steps.



Solution


Instructions for Zerto Virtual Replication 2.0

Within the Zerto Virtual Replication user interface, the following actions need to be performed:

1. Remove protected VPGs, with the option selected to preserve target disks

2. Unpair sites from within the Manage Sites Menu

3. Remove Zerto Cloud Connector via the Zerto Virtual Manager GUI

4. Deploy new Zerto Cloud Connector via the Zerto Virtual Manager GUI


Instructions for Zerto Virtual Replication 3.0 or later

Within the Zerto Virtual Replication User Interface, the following actions need to be performed:
